Just For You

HPIM2369

I just love this stamp!!!  It’s from a set of free stamps that came with a magazine I bought.  Lot of open space for colouring.  I coloured this one up with Shinan Touch Twin markers and added a little Prismacolour pencil to highlight.

Loving my Distress inks

HPIM2363

This card was painted with Distress reinkers.  The stamp is an oldie from Stampin’ Up.   I found this scrap of “handmade” paper in my stash that just seemed so right for this card.

Definitely a girlie girl card

HPIM2352

Lots of girly glam with this card, eh?  Stickles, flowers and shoes that I definitely can’t wear.  ( too bad. so sad).

Things that Fly

HPIM2345

I recently bought this Magenta stamp from someone ready to send it on to a new home.   I painted it up with watercolour, added some layers, mounted it to a base card that I embossed with a long rectangular Nestabilitie that my sweet sistah gave me for my birthday.

Thanks for stopping by.

Uptown Girl

HPIM2338

Here’s another card using another one of Stampingbella’s gorgeous stamps.  This is Uptown Girl is coloured with Touch markers and highlighted with a bit of pencil crayon.  I added some Liquid Pearls and sponged Distress ink on the Spellbinder Nestabilities label.

Waiting for My Master

HPIM2340

I’m really smitten with this stamp from Stampingbella.  I coloured it up with Touch alcohol markers and added a little Prismacolour pencil crayon for highlights.  The sentiment is by Magenta.

Thanks for looking.

What happened to summer?

Last week we were enjoying temps in the high twenties with lots of sunshine.  It went on for 6 days and was it ever nice to feel the warmth of the sun.  Mother Nature loves to tease us though as  we’re back to single digit temps with mixed precip.  I refuse to believe that winter has returned, so here’s a couple of springy cards.
